Stop Cutting the Edges Off the Ham. Narrative change strategy must always start with a clear understanding of what we are trying to solve. If we try to put a narrative Band-Aid over bigger organizational challenges, we just tell better stories about broken strategies. That’s not justice work. That’s just PR.
